He completed his undergraduate education at Selçuk University, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in 2001 and his doctoral education at Selçuk University, Institute of Health Sciences, Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology in 2007. He received the title of Associate Professor in 2012 and Professor in 2017. He took part in the establishment of Seropark R&D Biotechnology Limited Company in 2012 and Serocon R&D Biotechnology Health Chemistry Industry and Trade Inc. in 2017. He has 125 research articles, 115 of which are in SCI and international scientific journals included in SCI-expanded lists, chapter authorship in 3 books, 7 compilations and a total of 65 papers, 55 of which are international, and more than 600 citations. He has 11 TUBITAK projects, 2 patents and 18 national science awards. His interests include pharmacokinetics, pharmacogenetics, drug-drug interactions, carrier proteins, probe drug use, therapeutic drug monitoring, ethnopharmacology, method development and validation, and the production of internal and external quality control materials.
