Our Quality Policy 

While continuing all the activities and services it offers within its body, SEROCON® aims to follow an impartial, fast, effective, continuous, accurate, stable, reliable, independent policy in accordance with the current legislation and all its certification (TS EN ISO 17043, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485: 2016, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001:2018, IVDD) standards.  

SEROCON® Management;

  • To ensure that confidential information and proprietary rights of customers are protected, that the results of the Proficiency Test are reliably maintained and sent,
  • Not to transfer customers' information to third parties without the written permission of the customers,
  • To ensure that all its personnel understand the adoption, implementation, and responsibilities of quality policies, to keep away from all kinds of internal/external pressures and effects that may adversely affect the quality of the work done and the decisions of its personnel,
  • To ensure that employee personnel at all levels are not involved in any way in an application that would lose or weaken the competence, honesty, and independence of the laboratory,
  • To fulfill its responsibilities for the development, realization, and continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the quality management system,
  • To be a Proficiency Test organization that has adopted the understanding of reliability, honesty, impartiality, confidentiality, continuous improvement and scientificness with the quality of the duties it undertakes and the services it provides,
  • To provide continuously increasing quality service by providing a laboratory/proficiency test environment that meets the requirements of TS EN ISO 17043 International Standard, for this; to ensure the development and continuity of existing infrastructure and human resources,
  • We undertake to carry out the activities necessary for the adoption and implementation of all these quality policies and to take internal/external quality assurance measures.
